The character of this garden is more a jungle habitat then a botanical garden at any university. Partly the lack of maintainance is visible but on other spots we saw that they try to keep it maintained. The so called zoo is rather a desaster. The animals are kept in much to small cages- even they got plenty of free space in this garden and some animals look not very healthy at all. The very good thing in the garden is, that you can stroll around on real jungle tracks- passing tall bamboo trees on both sides and climb up to a scenic view point.   "They have parking if you are bringing a car. Tricycles will also take you up until the gate if you do it via public transportation or you can walk up. The view from the temple is very nice."
