  "Most fun I've had in Thailand so far"
  "I went on a half-day diving trip, which included 2 fun dives and lunch. It was the best day I've spent in Thailand so far and it was so easy and fun. Everything was organised for us. We didn't have to lug our gear. There was a menu if local and international dishes that we could pick our lunch from...." Fruits, drinking water, and tea/coffee were also included. The boat itself was large and had spacious areas for relaxing in the shade or soaking in the sun and even had a toilet (flash!) The dives themselves were memorable and our dive master pointed out lots of interesting sealife, checked on us frequently, and provided thorough briefings on both safely and the marine life we could expect to encounter.   "I have been taking Yoga classes from Keira for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I was apprehensive at first, but after my initial class I was hooked. As a beginner, the class was challenging, but in a good way. All of the postures had modifications for the not-so..."-experienced (me!) which meant that I could work on the basics without feeling like I was holding up the more experienced yogis! I find that Keira's ability to read her students during the class helped me immensely as I could take rest positions when I needed to, and push the harder postures when I felt that I could. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and experienced in her craft, and her teaching skills are well-honed from over 10 years of teaching scuba diving and yoga on the island.
