The falls were dry so we skipped the repel, unfortuantely, but the hike in the rainforest and the tree climb were fantastic!   "We went on the hike up to the tree climb/jump. Andy (I'm pretty sure of the name), was very knowledgeable, and pointed out many interesting plants, animals, and facts on the hike up to the tree. It was somewhat challenging, but not difficult climb up the tree (about 60-65 ft--obviously harnessed), ..."and exhilirating to jump off and swing through the air. Highly recommended!! " More >

Estela was wonderful to work with - she helped me understand our tour options and answered all of my questions. She was available before and after our tour ..."and was a pleasure to work with. Andres was great. We picked up deli sandwiches in Puerto Jimenez for our day trip that were great and some of the best valued food we had on our entire trip. Along the 40km drive to Carate, Andres was educating us, pointing out wildlife and places along the road, and was simply a pleasure to be around. Once we got to Carate we had to hike the beach to the entrance to the park. He walked at our pace the entire time. We felt no pressure to hurry and we didn't feel like he was procrastinating, either.
