Guided horseriding expeditions of one, two or several days. Dutch, english, french, german and spanish spoken. The trips usually include lunch or overnight stays at local families. In the summer we camp in the open air or visit an authentic Patagonian Estancia and work together with the gaucho's. All trips are measure made and adapted to requests of the visitors. Experience is not necessarily required.

Your soul will open through the five senses. The origin of ancient civilizations and cultures will appear in front of us. An experience related to the senses, that develops trough the day a unique marriage of sensations. The place, the people, the food and the music are finely arranged, and each of them captures the scene in the right moment.

"There were a number of factors that added to the success of this particular ride, and they include the fact that the weather was particularly kind to us. The day that Ariane's gaucho and I set out for two days dawned brilliant and blue and by mid afternoon our coats were off, same for the next day. ..."So despite the fact that May is cold and rainy, I was extremely lucky to enjoy a pocket of excellent weather. It was a perfect setup for a perfect ride.
First of all, having ridden in three places in Argentina so far, I can appreciate that Ariane's horses are well fed and energetic, and the tack is well-kept. Being an experienced rider I can also very much appreciate being taken on what I can only express was a rather epic ride as Cristian and I went on what I would say was either a very old trail or in places where one never existed at all, well up into very high areas where the views were breathtaking. We rode through thick forests where the heavy leather chaps which made mounting so ch...

"We caught the No 20 bus to Cerro Campanario. There is a chair lift to the top but we chose to walk the 1km - about 400m upwards - it is fairly steep in parts and so took us about 30 minutes - we took the easy way down by the chairlift.
Once at the top we were rewarded with this amazing view. I..."t is a wow factor with a 360o view right across the lakes and mountains and over to Bariloche - it was magnificent. It was very blowy when we were there so you may need a warm jacket.
There is a little cafe there to get a drink or have a snack so we sat and gazed out at the view. We were blessed with a fine clear day.
If you are in Bariloche you really must visit.

"This is a great lookout point. Take bus 20 from downtown bariloche and ask the driver to tell you when he reaches Cerro Campanario, it takes about 25-30min. There is a path to hike up (45minutes) or take the chairlift (60pesos) that takes you to the top in about 10minutes. Don't forget to look behin..."d you as you go up, the views are amazing!! at the top you can walk around to different lookout points and there is a cute alpine style cafe with views, too.
It's a great activity to do if you only have 1/2 day to spend.
tip about bus tickets in Bariloche: I found this very badly organized, the only place a tourist can buy bus tickets is called 3 Mayo (Micro Omnibus), the transportation office on Moreno street. Other places apparently sell rechargeable cards for I think 30 pesos and you need to recharge them. I could not find out where.
The only postbox in town (took me a while to find that) is at Correo argentino, one street above Mitre on Moreno street (Mitre is the main street).
