The guide was knowledgeable and talked about the different plants and flowers that we were passing by. He even picked a few for us to smell and feel.   "I do this about once a year. It's strenuous, but fun and the view at the top is unbelieveable. You can go to the saddle which is very doable or to the very top which is a little scary for novices."
