For over 35 years, the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) has been offering exciting art opportunities in a most welcoming kind of way. St. Petersburg Times writer Lennie Bennett says that DFAC is “the artistic equivalent of a village square,” offering quality experiences to people of all ages. DFAC offers year-round exhibitions in four galleries featuring national, regional and local artists. Classes for students 4 yrs. to 97 yrs. fill 15 studio classrooms and a changing yearly theme makes the David L. Mason Children’s Art Museum a hands-on experience not to be missed. You can take some time to enjoy a delicious lunch or gourmet coffee in the Palm Café, or search out one-of-a-kind gifts in the Gallery Gift Shop. Come out and PLAY at the Dunedin Fine Art Center and see why people say it’s where the ART is!

"I work a hectic schedule all winter and look forward to some alone time in the spring. I didn't realize this would be the place I finally was able to relax. Even though you have to ride a ferry to get to the island, it was easy to make the trip and the boat driver was informative along the 10 minu..."te ride. This island is entirely state park property, so besides the restroom facilities and the marina, there was nothing on this island but sand, wildlife, and incredible views. I was able to relax 50 feet away from other people in the chair I brought with me on the ferry. I almost don't want to tell people to check it out so it doesn't get too crowded! :)

"My wife and I were on vacation in sunny Clearwater Beach Florida and wanted to go charter fishing with by brother in law who was also visiting the area. We book a charter with Capt. Dan Adam's of By Request Charter out of Dunedin Florida. Let me tell all who read this review that we caught fish non ..."stop from the time we dropped our bait until it was time to return to the dock. We caught so many Black and Red Grouper that my arms were tired out. We also caught Amber Jack's that were so heavy I thought my rod was going to break, talk about fun. We also caught Hog fish, a ton of Blue Runners and other different fish. Capt. Dan knows many jokes and tells them with such great timing, he keeps you laughing all the time. If you want a trip of a life time, book a charter with Capt. Dan, he will treat you well and you will want to come back for more.

"I visited this park so I could catch the ferry to Calidesi Island (which is totally worth going). The best part of my visit to this park was watching numerous dolphins in the inlet of water between Honeymoon Island and Calidesi Island. Way better than any boat tour you can take! The beach was ver..."y rocky in some areas so I recommend beach shoes. I live about 2000 miles away but am already dreaming of when I will get back there!
