I didn't realize how much work went into putting a hot air balloon ride up in the sky either. These people work their butts off getting it in ..."the air and taking it down and are super nice. The one thing I didn't enjoy was how hot it was. The fire to keep the balloon up feels like it's right on top of your head and in the 100 degree weather it was slightly miserable. My wife was a mess and was on the verge of losing it when less than an hour later, we received a call back and one look in their computer at the reservation and they had it worked out to get us to the Canyon exactly when we wanted to. David took great care of us from the very beginning. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the North Las Vegas Airport in a nice, clean black Audi Sedan that is comfortable since it was already 92 degrees outside at 6 am!
