We are a horse-drawn carriage company. We provide guided tours through Historic district of Cape May.We would like to fully explain why we do not accept credit cards. We are located at the corner of Ocean and Washington St. we have a small unprotected mobile table that has no power,no phone and no protection from the weather. We cannot get a phone jack which is needed to take credit cards because we do not have a store front.Cape May is an island with terrible satellite and cell reception therefore the mobile credit card devices also do not help us.There are other very expensive mobile devices that are weather sensitive and do to the fact that we have no protection from the elements ,that is not an option either. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to some .There is an ATM located directly behind where we are parked. We hope that you enjoy the horse and carriages and the joy, and beauty they bring to the hundreds of people who ride each year.

"This was the first light house I have visited so I am not sure how it compares to others. It was worth the trip. I thought the price was a little high, $7 per person, for something that is about a 15 minute trip up and down but it was worth doing once. The views were nice but be prepared for the ..."wind at the top. I also enjoyed the nature trails around the park in the preserved wildlife areas. We saw a lot of interesting birds and some turtles. You can walk there on the beach from cape may but it is farther than it looks (about 2 miles each way).

"We bought tickets at the Washington Street Mall information booth for the 45 minute Cape May Trolley Tour which leaves from across the street from the booth. The driver & the narrator were both good.
The tour pointed out the highlights & architecture & history of the many highlights in the town. ..." It is a great way to get a good overview of Cape May. I would recommend it.

"I'm terrified of heights, but I did it! The stairs are an open grate allowing you to look all the way down. I made it up and down, and had white knuckles the whole way. My husband enjoyed the view from the deck, I enjoyed the view from the window. Glad we did it, But I won't do it again. If your n..."ot scared of heights, it is a very interesting climb. lots of photos and maps to look at.
