At the foothill of the Canigou, the Aspres are composed of valleys covered with thick forests and high altitude vegetation more open in the plains.Its paths have long been used by merchants and miners, besides the pilgrims on their way to St Jacques de Compostela that joined le Tech valley.Each villages of this territory is linked by the presence of a chapel or a church full of history.Today, the Aspres are turning to a “green tourism”, its authentic heritage, as much cultural then gastronomic, is ready to unveil all the treasures of the Catalan country.
