  • 1. Mangaia
    Mangaia, Southern Cook Islands

This is an ancient coral island that is 19million years old. This island has been formed in 3 stages of coral rising from the ocean which is reflected in the landscape. This is what the Cook Islands was 40 years ago!

  • 2. Babe's Bar, Mangaia

This is the main bar on the island of Mangaia and is the local haunt. They have a band on a Friday and Saturday night that plays local music and there is dancing and cheap drinks.

  • 3. Rarotonga
    Rarotonga, Southern Cook Islands

This is the hub of the Cook Islands and is the Big City! The whole island has a 32km circumfrence and takes only 40minutes to get around. There are some great bars on this island as well as the best shopping I have seen in the South Pacific.

  • 4. Aitutaki
    Aitutaki, Southern Cook Islands

Aitutaki is the ultimate in white beaches... The island is surrounded bya lagoon and is simply a water wonderland that is perfect for weddings, honeymooners, couples holidays and TV shows

  • 5. Samade on the Beach
Samade on the Beach, Aitutaki, Southern Cook Islands

This bar does the best island night in Aitutaki and has a great attendance of locals as well. It is perfect for large group gatherings for dinner as they put on a great buffet. The standard menu isn't the greatest though.
