Hotel relaxing and staff happy helpful and very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble from housekeeping to villa staff. Rooms immaculate and cleaned twice daily. Lovely pools and tennis courts. This hotel was lovely, clean and had everything you required, however, seemed to be lacking in something and perhaps felt a little soul-less?
