Pros: clean, modern rooms, good housekeeping and maintenance staff and nice pool area. I also like the location. Cons: very very poor wifi, poor soundproofing and insufficient onsite management. It is often a very noisy place in the evenings, with guests loudly shouting and swearing in the outdoor common area on most nights. While onsite staff can assist with day to day issues like fixing hot water problems, there really isn’t anyone with authority onsite with whom you could discuss noise complaints, changing rooms, etc.

I stayed in the casita, I that’s what they called it. It was new and wonderful. I liked the pool, the sheltered patio, the security and the friendly staff. Wonderful balcony off the bedroom. I had a terrific stay and will be going back again this year.

Stayed here for two months. The pool is beautiful, the pool area is beautiful and comfortable, the rooms are nice except for the seating area in the living room. Cement forms with cushions. Just totally uncomfortable. The wifi was horrible. On and off all the time. We spoke to the owner a few times via e-mail about the poor wifi connections and then we were told not to bother her anymore. The girls in the office here are amazing and would do anything for you. All in all the stay was pleasant and would have been much better if not for the poor wifi.

We spent a few weeks there and really enjoyed our time. The staff were great, friendly and hard working. They do a fanatic job maintaining the area. The location is 4-5 blocks from the beach but you have a beautiful pool onsite. The bungalows are equipped with the basics, some could use better pots and pans, but if you need something you can usually borrow it from another unit. The area has an RV park as well with people from Canada and the US. The complex could use a good gas BBQ to cook on as well. Hopefully that will be coming next season. The rates have been increasing over the last few years significantly, hope they will start to stabilize. Their rates are also in US dollars which seems strange since it is Mexico. Anyway still worth the visit.
