Just returned from an impromptu midweek break at Glenesk and can't fault it in any way. Taking into account the current refurbishments which will only improve the already good standards. “just needs a lick of paint to make it better”

just a bit of a tired hotel - lovely scenery around it - has a nice leisure club, reception staff very helpful - not bad but expensive for B&B £110 I stopped here en route to aberdeen since it was so expensive to stay there centrally

“Nice Hotel to stay at”

The hotel was very nice. Staff absolutely friendly. The bedrooms were very clean. We enjoyed a great dinner in the evening and were served perfectly. The breakfast was very good and nicely organised. Edzell itself is a small but wonderfull village to visit.

Stayed at the Glenesk hotel at the beginining of January for three nights and had a lovely stay. Food was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
