From the moment we arrived Gwendda and Clive were the most attentive hosts. After helping wioth our bags, Clive showed us to our room and welcomed us with tea and home made cake. Our room - number 3 - was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The beds proved to be very comfortable and, as I am slightly disabled, attention to... More

We stayed here July 2011 and found this really comfortable, excellent decor and garden, a good base for exploring Shropshire. Excellent bedroom and breakfast. Owners helpful and friendly. More

We stayed with Gwendda and Clive in their lovely home. They made us feel very welcome and were so helpful with tips on places to visit and booking us dinner at local restaurants. The room was lovely with the best comfy bed, quiet with everything you could wish for on hand. Would recommend to anyone. All the best to you... More

As part of my hobby, motorsport, we travel all over the country and stay in many B&Bs. The standards are very variable and we have frequently never returned to some of the B&Bs we've used. However, Lyth Hill House is one of the very best we've used; A friendly greeting, comfortable beds, peace and quiet, plenty of hot water for... More

Our family of four stayed at Lyth Hill House for two nights in March 2010. Clive and Gwendda were there to greet our arrival even though we were quite late arriving on a Friday evening. Immediate impressions were good, we were made very welcome and felt very comfortable right from the moment we stepped inside this lovely house. Our rooms... More

My wife treated me to a long weekend at this B&B near Shrewsbury, utter luxury. Clive and Gwendda are convivial hosts and their dog Benson is friendly too. The B&B is spotlessly clean, no request was too much trouble. A dip in the pool each morning before a sumptious breakfast (we rarely ate for the rest of the day), a... More

We stayed at Lyth Hill Luxury B&B for a very short break. We had been working very hard, and as it was my husbands birthday, we decided to get away from it all and relax. On arriving at Lyth Hill we were warmly greeted by Heather and Dave, and served with a lovely pot of tea and some home made... More

Lyth Hill House is a b&b accommodation set in a lovely position overlooking the beautiful shropshire countryside. This little gem is a must for those who wish to get away from it all and enjoy the warm hospitality of hosts Heather and Dave. The cooked breakfast will keep you going all day. Another nice little touch was the free chilled... More
