My husband and I stayed at the Westerwood for a weekend to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The room was lovely, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. My only tip would be to make sure the window is open and the heating is off in better weather as we were a little too warm. There are alot of nice touches to... More

Lovely relaxing hotel from the beginning to the end. We were there for 3 nights and stayed in a family room. The staff were so welcoming, the room was a good size, even with the sofa bed down. Brekfast was excellent with plenty choices. The leisure center was well equiped, pool facilities were excellent, the jacuzzi was hot!! Only 1... More

Stayed one night at this hotel on 4 May 2012 as we were going to a wedding nearby. The staff were very friendly, room and ensuite were spotless, bed comfy. We had dinner in the club restaurant and the staff were very helpful and food delicious (no idea where the previous reviewer was because it does not sound like the... More

We have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel having stayed here several times before (last stay February 2011). We booked a suite and having looked the website we assumed that this is what we had booked: King Junior Room Beautifully decorated with warm tones to create a cocoon-like ambience, it is perfect for relaxation and indulgence.... Place was clean, and we were welcomed by the staff. Unfortunately our evening meal was inedible - for 4 of us! Not as described on the menu, cold plates and tough meat! Breakfast was far superior. What a shame to spoil a really nice hotel! More

Stayed at this hotel for couple of nights.Location is excellent if you want away from city etc and has golf course right beside it. Room was good (Q Star) little extras, fridge with bottle coke, budweiser, small chardonnay, mineral water and japanese rice crackers, also daily newspaper of your choice included in room price. The staff are pleasant enough but... More

I have many years of staying in hotels for both business and pleasure. This was the best experience that i have ever had. The customer service was brilliant. The friendliest staff i have ever come across. The room was stunning, the food was great and the position of the hotel fantastic for exploring Central Scotland. 20 mins drive to Glasgow,... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, after reading some of the other reviews I was a bit worried but we had a great stay. The food was fantastic and kids ate free from the kids menu when we stayed, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool was great. The breakfast was a chafing dish buffet and... More

Very nice large and comfortable rooms. After a long drive the pool and steam room was just perfect but would be too small for an exercise swim. This was my second stay here on a business trip. Did not sample the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was perfect and something for everyone. Evening bar was a little quiet but... More
