I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. On check in (in the restaurant), we found that the staff were pleasant. When entering the hotel itself, it is unclear that the key fob attached to the key ring with room key on it is required to open the front door, and this was not explained at check in. i felt compelled to write in and praise the fantastic service i received in the red deer. the staff were very professional and easily approachable ( with some hotties behind the bar for good measure!!) the room was even better, i had a fab sleep and will recommend the red deer to other family members and friends!:) More

Hotel rooms are decent, clean and well laid out. We used hotel as base for visiting Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and Loch Lomond.
