Biella is a lovely town and Agora is a good choice, located in the centre. Staff is very polite, the rooms are clean (look new or refurbished recently), good space, good sleep. Breakfast is above average, parking is free and safe.

Conveniently located on mainstreet. Quiet and comfortable rooms with adjustable air condition. Great included breakfast. Wi fi accessible everywhere ni the hotel. One hour free and 5€ for 24h. I did not experience the restaurant but it seemed fine. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Biella is a lovely quiet town with lots of room to move around and enjoy a renaissance period city which made its money from the wool trade.
The hotel is well located and more or less new. The staff did a great job of making us feel welcome and we really enjoyed out stay.

The Agora palace surpassed my expectations.
The room was very roomy and the bathroom was very up to date. The name palace really was used apprpriately. I really appreciated the adjacent shopping area, the Hotel actually opens onto a small plaza of a shopping mall which includes a huge supermarket.
