Our room was right by the car park so therefore VERY noisy. A least 3 big busses with tourists arrived late evening and unloaded the guests outside our room. The room itself was quite comfortable but I do object to having a pricelist that tells me what i have to pay if I break any item at all in the... More

Arriving with another couple off the north bound train, we booked into this hotel. Our room was fine, comfortable beds, mock wood burning stove powered by gas, which was effective. The shower was over the bath - something that I regard as potentially dangerous; in any case there was, as usual, no plug! Having checked out all the local restaurants,... More

We stayed three nights in a quaint setting that reminded us of summer camp. There was a little porch swing by the french doors that opened into our room, which had a small breakfast nook and a coffee maker. Nice touches. Autumn was in full color, with golden leaves falling everywhere. Trees outside our room were filled with ripe apples.... More

Motel itself was nice and good value. Staying in creel is a bit of a waste though - there is a lodge called sierra lodge out of town which we wished we had stayed at however the best western is good on all fronts in itself. We were driven in from chihuahua and wished we had gone just a few... More

Recommended by 3 Amigos. Typical Best Western. Room cross between log cabin and Swedish sauna. Our room right by car park so a bit noisy, but clean and ok value. Bit disappointed with Creel which is an ideal location for trips, but not one thing or another. A lot of small shops selling tourist souveniers and cafes/restaurants/bars (food not very... More

Large rooms with good facilities and an effective heating system which we needed. We only had breakfast but that was fine. Like many others, we ate at Veronicas in the evening, the choice was good, as was the food. The town is small with the hotel and most restaurants shops etc on the same strip so location is good. Perfect accommodations, charming town, excellent wood oven pizzeria at the lodge. An extremely pleasant staff and the manager Salvador was muy simpatico. We hope to return soon and spend some time exploring the amazing area. All is well!! More

Spent 2 nights in Creel. This seems to be the most promising place to stay in town. Rooms were comfortable, and the gas heater kept us plenty warm (even though temperatures got down to 25F). The motel itself certainly is big. That said, there was only one other party besides us in the entire place when we were there. Unfortunately,... More

We had dinner, bed and breakfast in this hotel, for one evening, which was supposed to be the best hotel in Creel. It is very centally located and only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station. From the outside it is quite an attactive wooden building with wooden chalets for the accomodation. The rooms were spacious and the... More

My wife and I and our three young children stayed here in early November for one night out of four during our Copper Canyon trip. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. Ing. Baca Beck, the Manager was very helpful at all times. My wife needed a doctor and Ing. Baca walked me half a block... More
