Stayed here 2 nights with my 89-year-old father. The rooms were large and comfortable, the courtyard delightful (nice to watch the black phoebes flitting around through the open rooms), the owner (Martin) extremely helpful. Just a block off the plaza. Good restaurant (Carolina's) close by. Highly recommended. More

This is the only place I stayed in in Batopilas, so I cannot compare it with other lodgings down there, but I liked it very much. It's very clean, with comfortable beds, and affordable (paid about $40 for two people, no food). The rooms are modest but they definitely have a character, even charm.
