We stayed here for 1 night, and found the hotel to be very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The beds are amazing, we had the best night's sleep ever! Bath room was clean. Overall a very enjoyable and recommendable experience.

Went for a family meal of eight in the party. The only food items that were anygood were the gammon the other six meals were absolutely rubbish would not even feed them to the dogs. I cannot understand the previous reviews, maybe the hotel have learnt from previous mistakes? Easy location to find, excellent price, clean rooms (also cleaned to a high standard whilst we were out) the staff were extremely friendly and couldnt be more helpful, the room was nice and had been recently decorated, and the bathroom was enormous. just spent a comftable nights stay here and found the staff friendly. bar area looked to have been recently refurb and room we had was plesent enough, bathroom could perhaps do with professional decorating but has not put us of staying again

Absolutely awful, rooms straight out if the 1960s shared bathrooms which were disgusting and toilets that didn't flush. No coffee or tea or juice at breakfast. I saw cockroaches on the floor of the bar area. Nightmare.
