Stayed here when walking the SWCP. Very welcoming hosts, lovely comfortable room with all that ( very light) backpackers needed. We had a large window overlooking the very pretty village, and the B&B is in a great location. Breakfast was also very good.

We had a fantastic stay at Durham House, Martin and Shelley made us feel very welcome, they were always available when we needed information. We felt like it was home away from home, the rooms were clean, cosy and very comfortable. Attention to detail was fantastic, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.I definitely recommend this B&B.
Beer is a very nice village with some very pleasant hostelries in the area. Masons Arms in Branscombe is worth a visit. Location excellent, hosts excellent, rooms excellent, breakfasts excellent and bonus parking included in price which was very reasonable. Nothing to criticise, enough said!

The four of us plan to go back in future, home from home. Thanks to Martin & Shelley. Rooms are clean and well decorated ,lovely old house with history. We had rooms on 1st floor nos 8 &10 which were towards back of house. Breakfast was spot on.

Such a lovely stay last year, we decided to return again. Lovely hosts very welcoming. Arrived early but keys to room available. Excellent breakfasts. Relaxing clean rooms and decor. Free car parking pass to Beer. Plenty to do in surrounding area ....so cant wait to return!

No one there on arrival but very clear and easy to follow instructions left (not sure why others seem to struggle with this!) and Martin did pop up to introduce himself on their return.
