Very convenient hotel for airport, the city of Verona by public transport and also for coast and Lake Garda. Very modern and architect designed hotel. Very well run by friendly and helpful owners. Bedroom was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend. Only downside no english channels on TV ( a small gripe really!)

We stayed in this hotel on our last night in Italy. We had travelled from Ravenna and wanted somewhere near the airport for the night. From the second we arrived we were treated with such courtesy and kindness. There was a real warmth from the husband and wife team who own the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable... Was referred to this hotel by a local from Verona, were also without reservation late one night--what a new modern place--well appointed. Husband/wife managers were very gracious, nice wine bar/cafe on first floor, continental breakfast, parking, wifi was included. Whats not to like? Should have stayed another night in Verona instead of going onto Parma just like he said.

The heart of the charm of the Opera is the husband and wife team who run the place. We arrived after 9 one evening exhausted after failing to find a room in Verona centre. The welcome was immediate and warm, the room small but beautifully fitted out, the bed comfortable. The building was evidently a refurbishment of an old property... More

Owners were helpful about where to visit in Verona. What we didnt like was the breakfast which was poor...little choice and you only got served one cup of tea or coffee..if you wanted another one you needed to pay extra...bit of a rip off really as the hotel was not that cheap in the first place. The bar was very expensive... More

Spacious room, clean, complimentary internet breakfast and small gated parking. It's in a suburb of Verona, therefore a car is advisable to get to the city; public transportation is available by bus as well. Breakfast in not buffet style, therefore selection is a little basic and mostly sweet and carbs; nevertheless one hot complimentary beverage is promptly server from the... More

I chose Hotel Opera because it was close to the airport and would be easy to stay my last night before flying home. It was indeed very convenient to the airport. The hotel is owned by a young couple who are both very hands on operators of the hotel. Apparently the building was an old residence that they renovated about... More

We arrived and didn't really know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The staff are brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are vert clean and new. The breakfast was good, and the bar was great for drinks and had a great snack selection. It's not the best location if you do not have a car but we... More
