Outside the fabric and structure are in decline. The concrete is breaking up and the approach up a broken flight of steps is dangerous. In the uk I am sure h&s would close this hotel, especially as there has been no attempt to implement facilities for special needs people.
Rooms internally are ok but again things like carpets etc are...
