Had a very warm welcome to this charming B&B nestled in the hop fields of Kent. Beautiful house, very comfortable and clean room and great breakfast. Our two small children taken into account with care and consideration. I would recommend Chart Hill to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in a lovely rural retreat.

A lovely Bed & Breakfast in Kent countryside!!! Highly recommended!! Maggie was always very helpful and hospitable. Close to Maidstone, Leeds Castle.. The choice of breakfast was amazing ( vegetarian breakfast as well) and lived up to all expectations. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Chart Hill Cottage is a beautiful 18th Century end-terrace building with fabulour views over the Weald. We stayed five nights on a short visit to Kent, arriving by Eurostar from Brussels to the Ashford station. Maggie's easy directions had us there in no time. The Cottage is warm and cosy, the common areas are decorated so you feel like home. Room clean, tidy and bed comfy. And the breakfast is to die for. If you want a place to enjoy Kent and relax this is the place to be. Is super close to the Leeds Castle and other places. Thanks Maggie.

Enjoyed two nights here and had fantastic time. Room and bathroom were clean and well looked after with a delighful view. The highlight was breakfast which was five star with the best strawberries we have tasted! You will not be dissapointed.
