“I think this hotel is poor value for the money and the staff are rude and unhelpful.”

The hotel advertises free internet, but in reality they dole it out in one hour increments that they force you to beg for. They assure you that they'll wake you up with a wake up call, but they don't. They give you hand towels in the bath room, instead of large bath towels. The wait staff is slow and rude.... More
