I stayed at Tantomar for 3 nights (low season rate: R$85). Rooms are indeed clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was also good. You need a car to get to all beaches on Arraial do Cabo. There is a beach within walking distance from the hotel (Praia Brava) but you can only get there on a short period of the month... More
