As there is no AC the rooms can be really hot in summer. Even in march the sun heated the room up so much that it was impossible to sleep. Luckily the windows were opening so I could cool it down. Wifi was good strenght and with good speed when it worked. There was constantly a trouble with registering on... More

Booked into this hotel for 5 nights, without checking any reviews as I was touring the area ,and could not find any nearer accomodation to San Sebastian at the time. The hotel reception area and staff are fine, even helpful. But the rooms are really dated and only have single glazing, which is a major fault as the hotel is... More

The hotel has no air conditioning and the nights in August were very warm. If you are thirsty, there is no minibar to keep a bottle of water. If you want water or something else to drink, you have to go to the reception floor and buy something in the machines for 2 or 3 times the regular price. I... More

We booked this largley because on the website we booked with (ebookers) it is shown as a two minute walk from Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian. In practice it's a good 8KM (€15-20 taxi)out of town. In a different town, in fact. On the positive side, reception and the room were clean, as was the linen and towels. Room was... More

Cafeteria filthy and smelly ,room extremely basic and sink leaked, hot water came out in a trickle and everywhere smelt of stale cigarettes.Staff unhelpful and there was no room information eg,times of restaurant ,where to have breakfast .Breakfast comprised of a coffee and pastry ,to be taken in the cafe designed to give you indigestion for the rest of the day.This... Like they all said, and I neglected to read, the place is a resort of last resorts! It's probably available and the rate posted at the hotel was the same, if not less, than the "great deal" Igot on the web. Might be OK in the winter as the location is convenient to the freeway, BECAUSE IT"S ON IT! Enjoy... More

This is a great hotel.... if you don't like to sleep. I had to use earplugs to survive the loud honking of horns from the highway. The doors in the room did help with keeping the room somewhat cold. Don't ask the front desk people about air conditioning, they have probably said No over and over. The food was great,... More

The hotel is located on a busy highway along rest stop. It had NO airconditioning, requiring sliding door to remain open to highway traffic and train. Bathroom door did not close. Had and ok breakfast selection, not for dinner. The walls were very thin and had to basically whisper when making phone calls. Not an attractive place. More

I just returned from a school trip with a group of students to northern Spain, to include the Basque Country. We spent two nights at Hotel Lintzirin and got little to no sleep. The walls are thin, thin, thin - we could hear people snoring, talking, and doing other things, both on our floor and the floor below us. It... More

My impression of this hotel is very similar to person who posted "Hot Nights in the Lintzirin". I wouldn't stay there again. First, on the plus side: the people working behind the desk were helpful and all but one could speak some English. The pintxos (tapas) at the bar were very good and the bartenders friendly. Many locals go to... More
