Good location in centre of Kilrush. Friendly staff. Two nights Friday & Saturday. Accommodation over pub. First night room cold & no hot water, no oil! Cold morning shower! Breakfasts very good. Oil arrived & nice evening meal in pub. Saturday night noisy as music from pub went on til very late. Price not in keeping with standard.

Typical B&B over a pub, no personal touch, breakfast good and room was only average , a little dated.The Internet signal was not great. No off street parking . Convenient to have pub downstairs but only average accomadation.
