The Remm is excellently located above Akihabara Station and central to the shopping district. Very small twin room with a glass partition separating the room from the bathroom - very poor design concept, supposedly to make the minuscule room seem bigger but created some privacy issues. Basic curry and pastry breakfast.

I been in Japan in a business trip and we've stayed in this hotel. Tiny but comfortable rooms, conditioner, wire free internet, breakfast (only 3 options) in a cafe on the 2nd floor. Prisoners in some west European counties might have bigger cells. The room in Remm Akihabara are very small. No closet space, not even a shelf. There is one thing that makes up for it: location. For the price we paid, the room was excellent. We paid about $140 /night. The location is pretty much on top of the JR Akihabara station, and is close to tons of places to eat -- lots of ramen and curry places. So, just back from Tokyo, spent some time at the Remm Akihabara. Yes, rooms are very very small, no space for a big luggage and hard to walk around the bed, but is Tokyo and space is an issue. Great location, with easy access to trains, subway etc. No english speaking staff though. Very tiny rooms, almost impossible to stay there with two suitcases. Very clean rooms though and a massage chair :-) For a short stay a nice hotel.
