Since our last stay a few years ago, been itching to stay again at the Peninsula Tokyo. However, prices were not cheap at all.... finally May 2012, we got a decent price with cheap air tickets, hence we stayed 3 nights at the Pen Tokyo. Everything was wonderful. Check in was fast, non smoking room requested. They had our room... More

From staff, to room, to location- best hotel ever. The rooms are exceptionally furnished and thought out. Your privacy and comfort are assured. From the awesome dressing room with a weather station to prepare for your day, to the beautiful bathroom with very amenity, to the comfortable bed. All the needs for business are available, too - wi-fi, fax and... More

Location is superb, but service was inconsistent. Hence given the expensive rate you pay, there are probably better hotels. Lobby was tiny (not grand at all) and breakfast quality was average given the price you pay. Given the limited space, you end up having breakfast in the lobby next to the walkway where everyone walks by. Rooms were relatively comfortable,... More

Ginza is THE place to stay at when one visits Tokyo and the Peninsula is definitely THE hotel for lodging! Everything from service to room and food quality is excellent. No compliant whatsoever. More

The rooms are amazing, both comfortable and highly technological. Add a great location to the typical Peninsula service and you have a terrific combination. The location is excellent with close proximity to several transport networks More

Fantastic hotel experience. This is the standard that hotels need to aspire to. Everything was impeccable - the doormen, the cleaners, the reception. We were here for four nights and had a suite and I never wanted to leave. Every other hotel we have stayed in since has had the impossible task of living up to the Peninsula in Tokyo,... More

I spent 5 nights at the Peninsula on a friend's recommendation and it was heaven. It is not often you stay at a place and not find something that is not quite to your liking but I can't fault this hotel. The location is excellent with close proximity to several transport networks (it is located onto of one subway station)... More

The Peninsula was really really nice. Spacious rooms. Service was excellent. The lobby was a little small, and the dining area kind of took over the ground level so much that there basically is no lobby/waiting area. The food in the dining area on the other hand was extremely good and a great overall value considering you're in Tokyo. Having... More

My friend and I stayed in a Deluxe room at this amazing place for four nights recently, during a self-guided tour of Japan. It was sensational. Believe the reviews; the rooms are extraordinary, and huge for Japan. The prices match - around £7.50 for a cappuccino in the lobby cafe area....however, this is a fabulous place, a luxurious and gorgeous... More
