The rooms are on the small side, but then again, this is Tokyo! The staff are very helpful (not warm, but I'm not expecting Club Med) and efficient. Great views of Tokyo and very modern rooms. My only gripe is that the bed was a bit tight for a couple!

The roon is always clean and properly stocked and the staff is very professional and more important, very friendly.
