Love this hotel. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff. They know who I am when I arrive and it is a lovely touch to get a welcome back letter in the room. One time I left a book and some change in the room and when I returned 2 months later there they were waiting for me in the room!!!! Where... More

The location of this hotel in amazing. Walking in Ginza is something we wanted to do the whole time we were in Tokyo. The hotel is a very clean and staff is very helpful. We booked through American Express platinum hoping to be upgraded to a junior suite(we had a suite) but we they said that they didn't have any... More

Perfect location in buzzing Ginza area, yet quiet and peaceful hotel. Service and staff is no less then perfect, room large (for Tokyo standards) and comfortable. One of the best hotels in Tokyo, and I always return when in Tokyo. More

The hotel is centrally located in Ginza, our favorite location to stay when in Tokyo, and the rooms we stayed in were large by Tokyo standards. But what made our stay here special was the truly exceptional service. The staff was friendly and super-attentive, without being overbearing, and they strove to accommodate our every request. I have never experienced this... More

Located a few steps from the Ginza, the service at this hotel has been very helpful and unfailingly polite. The room has a flat screen TV, a des with 2 chairs, and an easy chair, a very comfortable bed, great shower and separate tub with very nice amenities....shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam, shoe polish.... Personal attention and isolation from the surrounding turmoil are the key features of this remarkable property. The staff makes its guests feel welcome, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the restaurants are excellent. More

Despite its prime location, the hotel lacks magnificent views which you might get from Peninsula or Imperial's Tower floors due to architectural height regulations of Ginza district, but for those of you looking for the ultimate convenience of access to Ginza main street, this is the place. The main entrance is set back half block from the street, and also... More

They do make you feel like a king. Right from the valet to check in, you are taken care off. A small boutique hotel with super sized rooms and right in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo's priciest district. The staff are exemplary. The concierge is intelligent and interesting. I will go back again. More

Since we first arrived we were treated like royalty. The room was so comfortable and extremely quiet. There was a connecting living room which I loved since I stay up late. It was extremely hot the date we checked out. As we pulled away, the GM came running after us with cold bottles of water to take along. This is... More
