The room was spacious with a sofa bed that fitted 1 person, also a massage chair which was a lot of fun. It seems in Japan there are 2 sizes of bed, King or Queen, which are basically the same size as a USA queen, and twins, which are the size of a USA full (can accommodate 2, and perfect... More

We were moving from Japan and we really chose this hotel for convenience for our last couple of nights in the country. The room was an extremely decent size and the bed very comfortable. Even the bathroom was big - compared to most hotels in Japan. But the best bit - the massager chair. Putting that into a room is... More

Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Massage chair in room that really worked!!!! The lobby is on the main floor but the hotel is actually on about three floors above the restaurant, which can be accessed by a walk way between the two towers. I'm posting a picture of the hotel I took from an excursion boat on the river. Excellent... More

Hotel New Hankyu Tokyo is a modern hotel on the top 7 or 8 floors of a high rise building that is connected by a large glassed-in lobby to another high rise. There are a number of restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, and a 7-11 in the adjacent building. It is located across the street from St. Luke's International... More

This hotel offers simply the best views over Tokyo! The rooms are located in between the 33rd and the 38th floor, so amazing views are guaranteed. We were lucky to get a room from the south side on the 37th floor, which ment we were facing Ginza area and could see Tokyo Tower and all over to Shinjuku from our... More

We booked a non-smoking room and after arrival (mind you, we arrived early and at a non-crazy-travel time of the year, so there should have been plenty of rooms available) we were thrown into a smoking room. It smelled awful! We had already payed for 3 nights and since Tokyo is so expensive we had to tough through the torturous... More

Our first hotel in japan and the service was amazing, the staff are first class and the massage chair is such a blessing after all of the walking you will do. Very large room for japan, close to the fish market and subway, fantastic location and great views More

I stayed at this hotel on the 23rd March for two nights. I arrived unfortunately when the tokyo marathon was on which meant that there were no taxi's from the main railway station. However two subway trains later i was able to walk to the hotel. luckily the hotel is easily identifiable from the picture on the internet when approached... More

Seven minute walk from Tuskiji station. Quick access to fishmarket, restaurtants, and ginza. The area is pretty quiet at night but lots of great restaurants and a few izakayas. The hotel itself is wonderful; but that's true for many in Japan. More
