Not much different from any other business hotel. The staff are very helpful and try hard. However, this is the very first time I have been charged "by the hour" to check-in earlier than the advertised 3 PM. A 12:30 PM check in cost me and extra JPY 2000 but, I paid that willingly to gain access to a room...
