The Avanshell is a comfortable, elegant and extremely professional establishment. As a client I found the rooms to be clean, spacious and well worth the price. I've been to tokyo a few times before but this hotel tops it all for great location, service, cleanliness and price.
Akasaka is not located on an ideal line because you need to change at least once to get to other places but Akasaka is a great place in itself.

Hotel Avanshell is so convenient - a couple of minutes walk from the Chiyoda Line Akasaka station. It has its own excellent Italian restaurant, Osteria Pippos and is close to a host of other restaurants and bars. It offers the personalised service of a smaller hotel. great for a business or toruist visit to Tokyo.

Undoubtedly one of the few hotels with rooms that size. Complete with a large balcony. With free internet access, nearby 24 hours supermarket and proximity to a metro station, what more can you ask for?
Oh, there's even a small kitchenette.
