It got really small rooms. We have three people going and wanted to upgrade our room to fit us all but their rooms are so small that we have to have two rooms instead. But they have got everything in that small room, modern tv, fridge, heater, the bathroom is very clean. Great for its price

If you don't spend a lot of time in your room, it is hard to beat the value of the Shinjuku Vintage. You get access to Japan's (the world's?) busiest train station for convenient access to the rest of Tokyo, and you have access to the exciting Shinjuku area. It's in a very accessible location, approx 20 mins from Shinjuku station. Located on most maps, which was very helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay (I believe this is common) which was another bonus. The only drawback is that the beds were hard and the room was very small (although this is common for Japan).
