Stayed two nights here and could have stayed more. Busy and convenient location, but VERY quiet. Staff spent quite a bit of time helping us make plans. Not always accurate, so if you need concierge, walk to the New Hotel Otomi for help. One block to subway and short ride to Shinjuku station. Love the free tolietries. Had wifi. More

The hotel is new and very clean with good facilities. The fridge in the room is useful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and extremely polite. The location is good as it is close to the train station and pretty central to everywhere. I would recommend this hotel. More
