Hotel was ok - clean and central, but definately not somewhere you would want to be holed up in should it be raining. Ambience abit lacking, but fine for resting your head (on some extremely hard latex pillows!) at the end of the day. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on my way home from Sapporo and was pleased with my choice. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Location was excellent with transport links just round the corner. Would have stayed at a nicer place if I was there for longer but perfect for business or a short stay.

To be frank, the room is super small and the double bed was not big enough for 2 people but the location is only 5mins walk from JR Shinjuku station and the price we paid was not too bad. We were out all day and came back at night just to get some sleep, so the place was good enough.
