Yes, an average sort of big hotel, with tourists n business travelers. Easy access from the JR shinjuku station, although kind of confusing when you reach the station. Take the east exit, then rather get lost I the underground passages, go up to the open, and walk straight down. The hotel is not quite facing you, but should be relatively... More

The hotel is 2 minutes to walk from EAST exit of Shinjuku station (perfect). If necessary you can also walk everything underground from Shinjuku station to the hotel. The rooms in the hotel have a good size, are modern and new and very clean. I would prefer to have a cupboard or some drawers in the room, so that you... More

This hotel is perfectly located - it takes you just 5 minutes to get to the Shinjuku Station from where you can go to most places in Tokyo as many subway and JR railway lines pass it. The hotel is at the edge of the "red light" and gambling district Kabuchiko which is "alive" 24 hours and so it may... More

Originally booked the hotel based on price, and I am very happy I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me numerous times with directions and suggestions, for example, what train lines I needed to take to visit various historical sites within and outside Tokyo. In addition, they quickly replaced the safe (it broke during my stay)... More

We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay in Shinjuku. The hotel is awsome: very clean, very close to Shinjuku station East exit. It has a 7 eleven across the street and a mc Donald's. There are also some great restaurants in Shinjuku ( an amazing Thai restaurant 4 min away from the hotel). Even though breakfast was not... More

Great location, great value for money and great views over the city. If you're staying in Tokyo and you don't need access to the Internet it's ideal, however, if like me you want to check info on sights, routes and email home while travelling you might be best looking elsewhere. This may sound petty, but for such a good quality... More

We stayed here for ten nights of our holiday and had a very comfortable stay, right at the gateway to Kabukicho and the rest of Shinjuku's amazing nightlife, shopping and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station's East exit makes it so convenient for travel around Tokyo and surrounds. The deluxe double room was great value and perfect for... More

What a great hotel, single room is perfect for the solo traveller. Rooms are clean and modern and quiet. Hotel has free internet computers in lobby, but best feature is the great location; five minutes from Shinjuku station, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and right next to red light district. Definately would stay here again and highly recommend it More

Stayed in double room type B on 8th floor. Easy to find, 2mins across from shinjuku train station east exit. Check-in staff efficient & english speaking. Room size 30msq, with small tv, fridge and airplane sized bathroom. There are smoking & non smoking floors, however both rooms reeked strongly of cigarette smell. A/C is central & cannot be altered, no... More

We stayed at this hotel twice - the first 2 nights (Standard Double Room - 15.3SQM) at the start of our trip then again during our last 3 nights (Deluxe Double Room - 30.6SQM). It was definitely worth paying a little extra for double the room size! Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and offered sweepping city views. Location was at... More
