As usual Hyatt perform well. The hotel is very big and it is perfectly located. It's two steps from the Park Hyatt hotel, a masterpiece, where we went for our meals. The Regency has good minimalistc rooms and good ambiance. Courteous staff, elegant. The gym is too expensive, we skypped it, pity. Restaurants are ok but the Park Hyatt's are...

This HR is very well located, in the Shinjuku area. Minutes walking distance from the Shinjuku station, it might be a bit tough to find the first time but once you get there, it's a piece of cake. It's a straight walk, with a last flight of stairs at the end which might be a bit of work if you...

This hotel was beautiful and centrally located. Staff and service were excellent. Everyone spoke english and staff were very attentive to any requests. Room was spotless and updated. Only a few TV channels iin english. Only real drawback was that using the fitness facilities was VERY expensive. Paying about $25 to do my 45 minute bike ride was an extravagence...

This was our first visit to Tokyo so we did not really know what to expect. The hotel is quite conveniently located: Either you take the complimentary hotel shuttle bus (3x per hour) or you undertake the 15 minutes walk to the amusement area across the rail tracks. The hotel is surrounded by offices and thus there are not many...

They are genuine in striving to provide excellent service. As other reviewers have written before, this hotel has many added touches that make it distinctive. Free shuttle service to...

We decided to use up some of our Hyatt points for 3 night's hotel accommodation in Tokyo. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough points to stay again at the Park Hyatt so we decided to try the Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku instead.
The hotel itself is old and quite 80's looking - think brick, tiled floors and more brick. We were...

We stayed here for two days. Great hotel with excellent staff. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as we were up early (jet lag) and found food near by. breakfast was 3000 Yen. Internet was included because I was a member of the Hyatt Passport.
There is a bus at the west exit stall 35. We often just walked...
