The location is great, near malls, train station (ikebukuro station, it's one of the biggest station in tokyo that connects to other lines and stations) near convenience stores (lawson, family mart, 7/11.) We loved Kimi Ryokan. Staff are very friendly and helpful, all facilities are clean and well kept. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a nice Japanese guest house. It is well-located. There are plenty of cheap and good restaurants around the area. My room is R102, it is very small and simple but clean. Staff is a plus, very helpful.

Kimi Ryokan caters to foreign visitors. It is close to the Ikebukuro commuter station, shopping, and restaurants. Hard to find! Take a map. English spoken. Spartan, clean, comfortable. A real bargain for Tokyo. Have stayed there several times.
