It's a long trip to get to Fuente De, but worth the effort. The hotel sits in a bowl surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Our room was large and had a lovely balcony looking at the mountains. Fabulous location. The Parador was fantastic and seemed to be higher than a 3 star standard. The location of this Parador is stunning. The rooms are large. The bathroom was luxurious. Standards of cleanliness were super. Service was polite and unintrusive. Lots of communal areas for those days when the weather prevents access to the mountains (this didn't happen during our saty in August when the sun nhroughout). All-in-all it was magnificent value for money.
