My husband and I stayed here as past of our Coast to Coast walk. Les was extremely accomodating on arrival and we were fed scones, jam and excellent coffee. Three of us stayed here for our annual walking holiday. The accommodation and food were excellent and the teacakes & scones waiting for us on our return each day were much appreciated. There was an abundance of information about the area, places to visit and walks to be made. If would be hard to find better place to stay.

Les was very friendly and served a great breakfast. The house was well equipped and had a pleasant conservatory and some useful accessories for sale. We totally agree with Faitcharity from Sidney's review, it is an excellent house, but arriving around 2pm after a long walk were not allow in and I like to add that we could not sleep because we were too cold. We had another wonderful stay at Cambridge House. The welcome is great, the room very comfortable with fantastic views and the breakfast will set you up for the day. Reeth is a lovely village and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Ours was a one night stay only, but we had a friendly reception (with cake) and a very comfortable room. Breakfast, taken around a shared table, was convivial and tasty. Sandra and Les, the proprietors, are genuinely helpful, interesting and interested, and knowledgeable about the area.
