Have just spent four nights in the hotel. Room was very comfortable and disability adapted which was perfect. Breakfast very good With a good variety of cereals, fruit and yoghurt available as well as a full english if required. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will return when visiting the area.

From the outside it looks great - nice grounds with water feature, ideal for photos. Our room was clean & spacious but the bathroom was freezing cold & the shower didn't work!!!! Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable. The food was excellent both in the evening & at breakfast. The staff are brilliant, helpful & attentive.

we had the pleasure to see an Adele tribute night at the birch and had a great fun night the staff was extremely friendly, and helpful a special mention for Andrew and Heidi who went the extra mile to ensure we had a great night, the meal was excellent and value for money .

Used this lots of time and it is consistantly good, warm welcome, secure carpark, great location for the motorway and clean rooms.
