Have just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at The Quay Hotel, Deganwy. The stunning marina location is offset by the beautiful welsh hills and the historical conwy castle. After staying in many hotels along the welsh coastline and within snowdonia i can honestly say this was by far the best yet. The hotel itself is comfortable, with a... More

Stayed one night with my husband and mother as a present to her. Fabulous location with wonderful views. Unfortunately weather was bad so couldn't sit outside. We had standard rooms which were really comfortable and spacious. Slept really well. Lovely bar area. The restaurant food was very good. Attentive staff who were welsh and Spanish. Loved the local mussels and... More

Excellent hotel. From the time of the reservation where the lady spent time to find us the perfect combinations for us 4, to our arrival when the gentleman receptionist welcomed us and escorted us to our suites, we knew we could just relax and enjoy this lovely hotel. Due to the poor weather we went to the pool and stayed... More

Booked this for a retirement break and celebration, the reception is as you would expect all marble and wood, efficient staff on checking in, just some thoughts on going to the room we did notice that in places carpets needed a clean and some of the woodwork needed attention, at 5 stars you expect all to be right. The room... More

I have stayed before and LOVED the hotel. This time I wasn't as pleased. I phoned a day prior to my arrival and was told I was having a harbour view ground floor. Being a smoker this is great for me as I can just step out of the patio doors and cross the road. When I got there I... More
