It really is consistent. We stayed here a year ago en route from France to the Costa Blanca and will look for an excuse to return! Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent dining at a very reasonable price including wines. Easy to find from the autopista. Competitively priced accommodation against comparable Paradors.
