I experienced the worst night ever in a hotel. Upon arrival I was given a key to a room that had yet to be cleaned up after the previous guests. Beer bottles, food, dirty towels were strewn about the room. When I complained I was told to wait outside in the the rain while the room was given a rudimentary... More
