We loved this guesthouse! Kellberg is a small village a short drive out of Passau in Bavaria. It is in undulating countryside and surrounded by rural properties. I asked them, have they got free possibilities for one night ( 12-03-2011) They sent me back an e mail about the prices, and conditions. THEY DIDNT TELL ME: WE ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME! I sent another mail, with date and persons. I cant get back mail with confirmation. We had 12 hrs driving, and this house is closed...... More

Charming guesthouse hotel near Passau. In a very small village - a car is necessary. Spotlessly clean and large rooms. No lift. Because of record breaking heat we had to move to a lower floor - no a/c made the top floor uninhabitable. Staff was very accomodating, friendly, and most spoke english.
