The hotel is close from the highway, about 10 minutes drive from Pisa tower. There's nothing around. We paid 50 euros and got a nice room with a free breakfast. I asked for a water and they gave me a big bottle.

I have been there for a week and I was very happy, clean, good breakfeast, the location is a bit out of everywhere. Staff was very polite and nice. Is very close to the tower ( 5 min by car) and the beach (viaregio) is also close 15 min by car.
