Stopped here for lunch by chance as we walked by. Staff (in particular Dave) were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Food was good, beer was good and they are dog friendly. An enjoyable stay in a local pub. It was busy with friendly locals giving it a vibrant and warm atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. The breakfast was excellent, served quickly and with a very convivial host.
